Baby girl struggling to poop

My little girl is 3 weeks old. She is bottle fed first week and half or so she was pooping no problem, but the past week she has been finding it hard to poo. I’ve been doing the bicycle movement and belly massage every day. Sometimes it works and some times it doesn’t work. She can go 2-3 days without doing A dirty nappy. I have health visitor on thursday which I will be mentioning it to her I’m just wondering can I do anything else to get her to poo daily xx

Do you have infacol? It's meant to help with colic but has a laxative effect. Also try a warm bath maybe, it can relax them and help them poo.

@Marina thank you we have infacol I will try that with her. We given her warm baths to try and help but it doesn’t seem to help xx

My baby had the same the health visiter wasn’t worried at all

I asked doctor in hospital as well… and it’s normal- some babies doesn’t poop every day . Mine is doing every 2nd or 3rd day all the time even with infacol…

Babies have a pressure point on their feet to help them poo, try giving her feet a little massage xx

If your baby is formula fed I was told to try a few bottles of the ready maxes as it has something in it that helps them poo. My little girl was the exact same, x
