Hospital bag

When is it necessary to start packing my hospital bag, I’ve been told by so many people that I will probably go earlier than my due date (31st Jan) I’ve already been in hospital with preterm labour signs was very scary am currently 25weeks and 2days so I don’t no when I should pack my hospital bag as I have everything already

If you’ve got everything you need, then I would just pack it and have it ready, there’s no harm and at least that’s something less to worry about! X

Always feel like I will miss something and is it true about the bottles having to be sterilized 24 hrs before packing I read it in another thing I seen always scared he’s either going to be far to big like my first and not most things fit or other stuff is to big haha ever scan I’ve had they’ve always said he’s a very long baby don’t understand how me or my partner isn’t tall at all haha 🤣 I’ve just had so much anxiety with this pregnancy and this is my second I was so much more ready and prepared the first time and no worry’s at all but this time is constant worry

@Kassie I know that fear 😂 mine actually didn’t even fit tiny baby she was so small 😂 if he’s measuring long, I would pack a couple of newborn sleep suits and vest and a couple of 0-3, however maybe one tiny baby just incase? You planning on breast or bottle feeding? I actually bought the ready to use formula bottles from Tesco, that way I didn’t have to worry about sterilising in the hospital but they do have steriliser bags there if you need them so I wouldn’t worry too much about that 😄

Just get your formula in hospital if you’re planning bottle feeding. They have everything there 👌🏻

@Morgan am planing on trying to breast feed and formula just so my partner isn’t left out on feeding a lot as it’s his first child and my second
