Before but i think the midwives will put them on/give them to you when you get dressed into your gown

You get them before but midwives will put them on for you as they’re a bit difficult to put on even when you’re not pregnant. Hope all goes well! xx

@Macy They are a struggle to get on 😅 I once broke my foot and had to get my husband to put the on for me. It was a workout! Haha xx

Hahaha I wouldnt know, I had an emergency c section but my midwife put mine on for me after i had my epidural when i was in labour 😂 id imagine midwives put them on for you in any case

Yeah I wore them in theatre and afterwards for a week (I got spares). They are tight to get on but they are amazing, I had no swelling at all afterwards and was in my normal laced trainers and leggings for discharge. They will help you in and out of them in hospital xx
