27+5 weeks and preterm labour risk

Hello, im 27+5 weeks with my second baby, I have had a fee complications with my first labour and been advised I am at risk of preterm labour this time round, i’m looking for some friendly advise before I panic and ring triage.. Today, I have had a noticeable increase in discharge (sorry for TMI) but its like a greenish/redish tinge and mild pains in my lower tummy/top of vagina and mild back pains that are getting worse. Is this something I should be ringing up about? I had my waters broken with my first and didnt have any plugs come out because I was induced so I feel like this is all new too me.
