Bump on nipple
Hey there's a bump on one of my nipples. It might be a spot or a blister maybe? Anyone had anything similar?
I'm pretty sure my flanges fit well as I got some help when we first started and I'm now 6 months in.
I've turned the suction down to the lowest setting, but continuing to pump so I don't lose supply! Any ideas what it could be and how I get rid of it?

If it looks white it's probably a milk blister. I put olive oil on a breast pad to soften it up and then one or two pumps later it usually clears itself.
Your nipple gets larger while breastfeeding so your flange size may have increased.

I had a couple of spots at one point. I think it was caused by friction. I just used Coconut oil to help
