Possible early pregnancy sign? IDK HELP

So last Friday (October 11) my husband and I were intimate and for the first time since we conceived, he didn’t pull out. This past Sunday (October 13) or Monday (October 14) (can’t remember rn cause I’m freaking out a little) I saw a tiny bit of blood on my panty liner (last day of my period was October 5th) Since earlier this week I’ve been feeling that feeling of my breasts making milk but I stopped pumping late June. Nothing has actually come out till today about 15 minutes ago I felt a tiny wet spot on my right breast. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy? I can’t seem to find anything concrete on google 😭
