Consent form
Ive been for my consultation this afternoon and was given a consent form for elective c section but was also told I’ll be given a date some time by next week when I’m around 38 weeks. Does anyone know if I’m supposed to hold onto the form til I go in or if I take it back to the hospital, give it to my midwife etc.? I’ve gone through, read everything and signed I just don’t know if it’s purely a waiting game now

I signed my consent form- as did the consultant- at my original consultant appointment and then was told to hang on to it and take it with me on the day of the c-section as there will be a couple of bits that need signing on the day as well

Keep hold of it, but they usually do another one with you on the day anyway x
