Nipple shield

You can try using it on and off for some feedings. Or start off using it to help with the initial letdown, then take it off half way through. I had to use it with both my babies and from my experience they both weaned themselves off of it after a few months!

@Annika thanks. Did you find your milk supply affected with a nipple shield?

Maybe a small amount, but nothing major! My second went on to breastfeed for 15 months!
