Breastfeeding shouldn’t feel like a chore. However, many obstacles can get in the way when you’re getting started. I created this group for moms who want to breastfeed, thinking of breastfeeding or are currently breastfeeding and need more support/information to continue on their journey. I’m a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, Birth & Postpartum Doula serving new and expectant moms. I look forward to connecting with you and making your Breastfeeding journey as seamless as possible.

Sleep help

My 16 month old has recently got in the habit of only sleeping at night if she is sucking on my boob. I try taking her off but she will scream and cry and it doesn’t stop until I put her back on my boob than she’ll sleep at night. She’s never taken a pasi or bottle I don’t know what to do I’m not getting sleep

BF outside

When I’m at home I use a pillow to bf, but I can’t take the pillow out with me as it’s quite big. When bf outside, I find it quite hard as my baby is getting heavier and my wrists/arms are pathetically weak 😂😭 so I struggle to support him. Any advice or ideas?

Breastfeeding to go sleep

Those mums who breastfed your babies to sleep at night how did you manage to stop and how long did it take for your little one to get used to it.
