Baby acne
Hi all any one got any advise on how to get rid of baby acne my little boy had it all over his face and on his chest now, aswell as cradle crap on his forehead/eyebrows what is best to use ? X

I put breast milk on my baby's face spots and for his dry skin and scalp I used coconut oil and it all cleared up x
Use breast milk and then get a prescription from the doctor for zero base that cleared my baby’s spots right up and his were so bad we went to an and e for them advise from the doctor!
Kokoso scalp cream is amazing for cradle cap
I got told to use nothing! Just water and to bath my baby every other day!

Hey , my little one also when he was born baby acne is all cleared up now , I used and use bepanthen it’s a “nappy” cream but it works wonders . And for the cradle cap I used the mustela cradle cap cream x
