I had one with my 4th was suppose to with my 5th but short staffed last minute so fingers crossed for my 6th x
I am! I had one last time and was amazing, I'm hoping fingers crossed I can this time also. It was amazing!
@Sarah jane I have requested a home birth, hoping it goes ahead! If you don’t mind, can I ask were you just told once you went into labour that they were short staffed? Or how was it dealt with? Asking because I’ve had concerns that there seems a high chance that could happen with the home birth midwife team I am with. They have already mentioned that they are always so busy and that the home birth team often get called out to the labour ward at the hospital to cover. 😬x
I rang them and told them I lost my mucus plug and was having mild contractions didn’t need them yet then few hours later I rang again and said they were every 4 minutes apart they said just ring us when u need us there free and i sat in bed for a bit lost a eye lash stood up and put them back on and realised I had a few contractions in space of a few minutes rang them and 2 busy I had no one to have kids or anything had to go Leicester general x

Yes! Had one with my first which was great! and now for this pregnancy! Hoping it goes smoothly 🤞🎉🥰
