Baby's head down

I am 33 weeks now, had my growth scan yesterday and was told that the baby is lying transverse. At how many weeks does the baby's head goes down ? This is my first pregnancy. I am also diagnosed with Obsteric Cholestasis, Gestational diabetes and the consultant said they wouldn't wait more than 37weeks due to the complications. Will I be induced if the baby is transverse by 37 weeks?? Or would they advise C-section directly?? My consultant also said they could manually try to turn the baby's head down but the procedure is painful?? Is it worth doing it ?? Has anyone underwent this procedure??

My first was breach until around 37/38wks so luckily he turned just before I was induced. I'm now 33wks and baby is down, I think until 36wks is the normal then they start go either intervene or plan a section. But baby still has a couple wks yet so 🤞🤞🤞

I’m 28 weeks now and my baby’s head is down. Baby 1 in 2022 didn’t go head down till week 36! Every baby is different and has their own timetable. You’ve got tons of time for them to turn and midwives can turn baby, there’s videos online that show how. Doesn’t seem to hurt, just feels strange but once baby is that big they can feel its position through your tummy and encourage it to spin down xx

Week 36 I think is when they’ll check again. My first baby was breech - got him turned and this baby is also breech. Scan booked in for just over 2 weeks to check! I’ll opt for turning baby first before making a plan x

Baby breach at 32w, got an appt at 36w to check again

@Josie hope the baby goes down before your next scan. Wish you good luck
