Mucus plug?
Can anyone tell me what the mucus plug looks like? I just had this discharge that looked like a thick glob of snot and it was slightly yellow when I got up from the bathroom.
If it is my plug how soon after did anyone experience labor symptoms?

@Elena were they painful or feel like period cramps
It does sound like your mucus plug but you can lose that multiple times during pregnancy because it regenerates. Typically unless there's blood in it (bloody show) it is not an indicator of labor.

It was like period cramps and then they turned into painful cramps
Went to doc today and I'm 2cm with 70 % effaced
