Prodromal labor??

Lost my mucus plug on Friday. No bloody show, didn’t think anything of it because on google it says it can take weeks to deliver after. Called my ob yesterday just to have her write in books and she told me to head into the er asap. I’m 35w and 2 days today so I went yesterday. I was in Triage for 4 hours where they monitored me and the baby. I was having “irrability” w a few small contractions here and there but baby heart looked good. After an hour that uterine movement turned into more constant contractions(that I didn’t feel) I did an abdominal ultrasound to check baby and fluid levels. 8/8 passed. The contractions did not stop so they gave me a shot of Terbutaline Sulphate and monitored me for an hour. The contractions slowed down and became less frequent so I was allowed to be discharged. They wouldn’t check my cervix to see if I am dilated because they didn’t want to jump start labor. I am now home and worried I won’t know if I need to go in again due to contractions, I didn’t feel them yesterday when they were happening and wouldn’t have gone into l&d if not for my ob telling me to. I woke up this morning and am having some right side lower back pain that bleeds into my right knee and pelvis. And some occasional period like cramping. Is this contractions?? I don’t know if I was in early labor or prodromal labor because they didn’t check my cervix. Any advice??

This is my second pregnancy.. and it feels like it’s my first lol. But contractions for me felt like period cramping. I don’t remember having contractions until after my water broke. I don’t think I lost my plug either.. but I heard if you lose parts of it, it can re-grow. With this pregnancy, I lost some or all of it a couple days ago. And I think I lost some again last night. The ER told me it’s not an actual sign of labor is near. Some women lose it and go into labor within hours or weeks later.

This second pregnancy is taking it out of me. I’m 35 weeks pregnant, but ER did a scan and said I’m 34.. they said if contractions aren’t consistent and turn more painful and closer in time (5 mins apart then 3 mins apart) then to not worry. But if your water breaks.. go to the hospital ASAP.

This is my third baby, and I don't feel contractions either... Well, not at first. Once they are strong enough to mean something... I feel them. When I'm not dilated/barely dilated I don't feel them, but once I start to dilate that's when I feel them. Hopefully, this gives you some comfort!

I went into premature labor at 33w5d my contractions were intense and strong they gave me fluids they gave me 2 out of the 3 shots to stop it gave me the steroids for her lungs went back the next day just to get the second steroid shot ended up back on the monitor bc I was having contractions again and menstrual cramping they gave me a bag of fluids and a strong pain medication they checked both days if I dilated I was 1cm 0 effaced both times went back at 34w3d and they did the same thing a bag of fluids and pain medication checked was 1cm 0 effaced my ob sent me in the middle of my appointment at 35w4d bc on the nst I was having the same constant contractions and they checked 1cm 50% and felt her head i was in l&d triage for 4 hours they have me 2 bags of fluids 2 shots to stop them and one non strong pain medication I was balling in pain still and they sent me home just said to drink more water they didn't even recheck after my ob checked to see if I progressed further mind u im having a c section

Not a natural birth so today at my appointment im gonna see if my dr will check again bc I've been contracting and cramping still to the point my cervix hurts and I lost 2 big chunks of my mucus plug over the weekend
