Having twins!

Hi! Newly found out I’m having twins (not announced so incognito for now). Has anyone recently given birth at Queens in Romford (esp consultant led?). The reviews are not ideal and needed improvement. It’s my nearest hospital so would be the easiest but would love to hear experiences good and bad. I’m Upminster based so any other hosp suggestions would be great! Thanks

Hello! I’m having twins too! And I’m consultant led at queens. They have been brilliant so far! I’m 30+4 weeks. I’m having them when I’m 37weeks so not too long. I had my son there in 2021 and I couldn’t ask for better care with the midwives. I know there are some bad reviews but I cannot fault them with my last pregnancy and they have been amazing this time too with my twins! Hope this helps x

I was consultant led at Queen's 6 months ago couldn't fault the midwives and birthing team only thing is when you go in for the routine appointments throughout pregnancy even if you have a booked time be prepared to be there a long while they are always running very late

Hiya, I had my son at queens and they were absolutely brilliant. I was super scared giving birth there because of everything I’ve read and heard, but honestly i couldn’t fault them at all, from start to finish I had a great experience and we stayed in for a week.
