I squatted, ate 4-6 dates from 33 weeks, and raspberry leaf tea from 33 weeks as well. Normal delivery at 39th week.

Okay so the reason I’m asking this is Bcs my dr told me today that I can start trying to induce labor now.

@Molly yeah, if my fiance would instead of on the damn game all the time.

I was due at the end of June and I walked a mile in the heat and the next morning at four. I went into labor so maybe walking.

@Lillian I tried walking around for like an hour or 2 at the October Fest Sunday and nothing happened rly.

I didnt do anything and at 8pm on my due date I started going into labor. Id say not to stress it too much.

@Nef I try not to but he keeps bearing down on my pelvic muscles and it hurts badly😫

@Emily Oh girl yes lol I was so ready for my babygirl to get out towards the end, everything hurt but he will likely come when he wants to 😭

@Nef I’m sposed to be getting induced at 39wks Bcs I’m strep b positive and I’m like just go ahead and take him… they took my first kid at 37wks is the thing and my second one came on his own at 36wks.

@Emily hmm I was also GBS positive and they only wanted to schedule an induction if I went pass my 40 weeks to 41 weeks, luckily I gave birth 40 weeks and 1 day. They just gave me IV antibiotics to prevent infection in the baby. If you dont want to be induced just advocate yourself and give yourself and your baby time.

@Nef I’ll gladly take the induction date to get out of this pain tbh

Had sex every other day, cervix checked on Wed, water broke on Fri and had her Sat.

You can’t induce labor naturally. Baby will come when baby is ready

I did it before and after my membrane sweep! (Sweep didnt work) I had contractions all day from the oil and warm bath (stayed in for a hr) try to make it a but hotter than youd like and my dr broke my water bc they kept getting stronger

@Serenity this has caused diarrhea for some people tho😭😭😭😭😭. Did you have diarrhea from the castor oil?

@Nathalie girl yes😂 that’s pretty much what self induces labor using the oil.

@Nathalie i was in the middle of Walmart lol after that the contractions started lol

@Serenity 😭😭😭😭😭i see. I mean I had diarrhea after labor anyways☠️ but I didn’t use castor oil. I was very constipated the day I had contractions. I thought I ate something bad.
