The best exercises or gym classes after c section?

What’s the best gym classes or excercise techniques after c section, I’m 5 weeks pp

I would like to think anything that works your core, but haven't been back to the gym yet and probably won't until 6 months pp (currently 17 weeks pp)

I’ll be going to post partum yoga after I feel recovered and ready. I did yoga in pregnancy and it really helped with my core and pelvic floor, also swimming I was told was a good exercise by my consultant x

Yoga or pilates and pelvic for excercises... 6m pp and helping me.
