This happened to me, I went for a hot relaxing bath and was having contractions within the hour x

So excited for you !! I lost my mucus plug in the afternoon and then went into labour that night , stay active and hydrated , sending a positive birth your way 🤍

@Sophie Jones nothing else yet sadly, a teeny bit of lightning with good bit of movement so far but feeling normal, I’m going to take the advice and have a lovely warm bath tomorrow followed by a light walk and so forth :) fingers crossed! 🤞🏼 xx
Hiya hun, you are one step closer to meeting your baba watch out for any cramping this will be your contractions keep a track of how long they last and come back… when I lost my mucus plug within an hour I started getting contractions and headed to hospital hope this helps x
