Does anyone have a septate uterus?

Just found out I have a septate uterus and will need surgery. It’s conflicting for me since I had a baby naturally and the septate uterus was never caught but was caught during my second pregnancy since I had a miscarriage and they believed I had a bicornuate uterus until I got an MRI which confirmed a septate uterus. Please let me know if you had positive outcomes getting surgery or not getting the surgery. Thank you in advance 🙏

I had a partial septate uterus (which was the cause for infertility), I had the surgery in November '21, and fell pregnant in Feb '22 (Baby boy is now 2years old), so I guess it helped.

so i have a bicornuate (no surgery needed but had 2 miscarriages before carrying 3 healthy babies so far). my sister actually had a septate! she couldn’t keep a baby without miscarrying so she got the surgery done and months later got pregnant and now has a healthy baby girl finally after 4 years of trying!

Thank you both for responding! These are both reassuring for me, I have been conflicted on whether or not to get the surgery but I really don’t want to have to go through another miscarriage 🙏
