Pregnancy after miscarriage no period
So.. my husband and I have started trying again after a MC. We have started trying before 1st period but after 1st negative. And to ease my stress/nerves I was hoping someone who has gotten pregnant before 1st period could let me know how it worked with the nhs and telling them about new positive test and how they work things out. Do they get you seen sooner or not cause I am trying to be as positive as possible and the one thing that I can’t find anything about is this. They said anywhere between 3-12 weeks for first period after MC and I’m thinking if I only tested 8+ weeks after mc I could be 5-6 weeks pregnant then.

i fell pregnant straight away and had a early scan at 6 weeks and more constant blood to make sure all my levels were good and progressing

Same I got to wait but we have tried when ovulated after the miscarriage we wanted to try straight away was my first time falling in 7 years hoping was my body preparing and I’ll be fine next time hopefully it happens x

I worked with a midwife and she immediately did bloodwork for me as soon as I got a positive pregnancy test. We monitored progesterone and i needed supplements. I ended up losing that pregnancy too but I felt much more supported by having knowledge and support early on. I also felt more braced for when the miscarriage happened instead of it being a horrible shock surprise like the first one. I don’t have experience with nhs though sorry
