Mine is really pale too! I think it’s normal
Mine changes daily. Sometimes it’s really pale and milky and other days it’s thick and yellow. It’s quite normal
Yeah mines been pale. Very slight yellow tinge when there's a bit of it. I express into a sterilised lid of a baby bottle and pick it up with the syringe from there. 10X easier
Hey hey! I’ve been harvesting since 36ish weeks and I’m now 41 weeks. Thankfully I managed to harvest reasonably well and it has stayed the same pale milky colour as opposed to the ‘yelllow liquid gold’ I’ve seen online. This is absolutely normal. It freezes into a milky white. Just keep at it and massage boobs well beforehand. I’ve been focusing on harvesting purely to try and stimulate/trigger labour but hey ho here I am hitting 41 weeks now 🤣
Mine was completely clear when I had my daughter, and it's pale yellowish white now with my second. All good 👍🏻
@Beena tbh I had given up as not much was happening but I’ve been experiencing latent labour symptoms for the past 3 days so thought I’d try some expressing last night to get things going… still pregnant 😆
My milk was yellow and this morning it went to a pale colour
