Trying after a miscarriage

I was advised to wait till I had a negative at home pregnancy test 3 weeks after mc. I’m waiting that then trying again xx

@Eleanor my hcg is now 15 and I’m testing negative, they think my body is taking a while to break down the left over hcg my miscarriage was the 15th September x

I was advised to try again as soon as I felt comfortable, we started trying again as soon as I stopped bleeding

@Katie yeah that’s sort of where I’m at atm I was unsure if I needed my hcg levels to be back to 0 completely like they’re deffo decreasing and I’m testing negative x

I was advised to both wait until my HCG was negative and had a period before trying

I didn't test again so wasn't sure when mine went down, we jist started trying straight away

If you’ve stopped bleeding and your pregnancy tests are showing negative you can probably start trying again. You won’t ovulate until your HCG is close to 0 anyway and if you do get pregnant again your tests will show a line which they don’t now. I think they largely say to wait until HCG is 0 so you don’t confuse the old and new pregnancies but if your tests are a clear negative now I don’t think that’s a risk

I've had sex the week after my bleeding stopped, without having my period. And I'm 39 weeks pregnant now 😅
