Sex after c section
Has anyone had sex post c section? I am 7 weeks PP and tried last night but this was so so painful! I’m shocked as I didn’t think having a c section would mean painful sex?
I’m scared there is some damage or something?!

It takes time for everything to heal internally, your pelvic floor, uterus etc take your time which can make it a more intimate experience 😉 and lube! Xx
I have and was a little uncomfortable during and had to make sure to protect my scar as much as possible as I hate anything touching it as it’s still very sensitive and the first couple times I did have a bit of pain afterwards but it’s been a couple weeks now and everything feels fine now except I do still prefer to cover my scar as it’s still sensitive
After my first it was very painful for months. This time around, I’ve found that it helps to have an o before any penetration.
