Bleeding again after C section bleeding stops.
Im now 9 weeks post partum and stopped bleeding around 6-7 weeks after my c section. The last few days I’ve had very light but dark red bleeding (enough for an ultra thin liner) and wasn’t sure if it was my period.
Has anyone had this at all? I’ve seen a comment on a post that said it isn’t normal and wondering whether I need to get myself an appointment!

This happened to me as well. Idk if it was my period or postpartum bleeding. But once it stopped I didn’t have a period for the next year and a half (breastfed)
So I stopped bleeding 4 weeks pp and started again at 6 weeks, I'm now 13 weeks pp and still bleeding, I've seen 2 doctors about it and they both said it's normal 🤔

My period came back 9 weeks after my section. I bled for about 2 weeks post section and I was breastfeeding but my period still came back early. It’s totally normal for your period to come back within a few months. Some people get a few weeks break, some get months. No mother in my family has ever had a long break before they started ovulating again and having periods. Just make sure if you are having sex you are using protection as you are very fertile atm xx
