Contractions that stopped
I’m 37 weeks 4 days and this morning I had pretty intense contractions that were about 7 mins apart for around 15 mins. It felt like real contractions, intense tightening around the front of my abdomen and squeezing downward. I got really nauseous and vomited and the contractions stopped. Could it be false labor?

I’m 38 + 5 and have been dealing with the same the last 4 nights for a couple hours then it stops. My midwives and doula say false/prodromal labor 🙃
I was 37+1 when i had intense contractions that disappeared quickly then got really exhausted the next day, and the day after began contractions that eventually slowed down to nothing and a couple hours later my water broke! This was last week haha. So basically it could be a huge sign that your body is prepping for labor soon!
