My friend was saying that she did a looooot of walking. And then she tried spicy food (not sure that did anything but she enjoyed it) and then sex - even though at that point you’re so uncomfortable haha

I had only dropped slightly by the time I went into labor, but my fiance and I had some pretty intense sex when I was 39 weeks pregnant and I started getting what I thought was Braxton Hicks contractions but turned out to be me going into labor lol. I have heard that walking and bouncing on a yoga ball can also help but I only did that once I was already in labor to speed things up cuz it was taking forever

Sex worked for me. Gotta have some nipple stimulation, female orgasm and sperm and hormones released, into the mix too when people say “sex” for trying to induce we don’t mean just quickies. All the sperm does for quickies is soften cervix. I did walk a lot that day too so try that also.

When I had my first I drank castor oil. A hellish night on the toilet but woke up to broken water 😅 desperate times

Look up curbwalking it definitely helped me. Some people say drinking raspberry leaf tea as well having sex.

Not sure if u in labor yet but curb walking made his head go straight into my cervix went into labor 3 hours after curb walking

SEX, SEX SEX. as much as you can handle. The thing is though he needs to finish inside this helps to soften the cervix. And it really really helps to make sure you orgasm. As this causes natural contractions in the uterus. Also curb walking can help baby distend into the pelvis helping put pressure on the cervix to help it dilate. Also you can insert evening primrose oil as close as possible to the cervix and this helps do the same thing as semen. Also if you have a breast pump pumping can help induce contractions.
