This is from St Thomas’ website which has a very prestigious Maternity unit and here it says at least 6 months
I’m 10 weeks pregnant and my little one is 8 months today, and I have a section x

I had sections 16 months apart, I got pregnant with my youngest when my lg was around 6 months. I had to have a section, but it went smoothly xx
@Shelby were you able to try natural or did it have to be an elected section?xx
It needed to be a planned section only because I’ve got four first natural then my second was an emc I attempted a vbac with third but ended in another emc and in my hospital not sure if it’s NHS wide after two emergencies they say it’s safer to deliver by section due to chance of hemorrhaging xx
6 months is a decent time! Of course the longer the better but don’t feel stressed. As the pregnancy goes on you’ll just need to keep an eye out on pain and speak to your doctor if you get pain. I haven’t personally experienced it but I have seen other women who have and delivered fine 🙏🏽
