No. I when I say I was in labor for 22 hours I am counting the first hour as the moment I felt my first contraction. For me that was 9pm. I started pushing at 4:30pm the next day and my little boy was born at 7:32pm.

My mum was in labour 3 days with me, and pushing for 24 hours (I was prem and ill dw) they normally mean from when the first contraction starts to when baby(ies) are out x

No I was in labour for 5 hours from the minute my waters were broken (I was induced) Pushed 3 times in 5 minutes and boom baby was here 😂

I was in labour for 22 hours, that’s 22 hours from my first contraction up to my very last one (I ended up havin c section tho)

From the time my water started to break to when baby was delivered was 24ish hours. 8 hours of which was active labor and the last 25 minutes was pushing

Nope I was in labor for 31hrs when my contractions started and at 3:40 I started pushing and at 4:10 pm she was born

i was in labour for four hours the midwife’s counted from when when i was 1cm dialated xx

15 hours from when my water broke at 7:00am and pushed for 2 and a half hours before baby was born at 10:58pm

Ohh that makes total sense now lol ! It seems like yall didn’t “push” for long. When you were in “labor” were you in excruciating pain for that long ??? I’m so nervous !

Active labour was under 2 hours went from 4-10 cm in about 10 mins and was pushing for 9 mins x

I was in labor from about noon/1 PM and delivered next morning at 6 AM pushed for a little over an hour. I was scared too but your body just knows what it needs to do.

I was in labour for 16½ hours. So I laboured at home for about 8 hours then went into hospital in active labour and laboured for another 8½. I was pushing for just over 2 hours .

Nooo, I was in labour for 6 hours. 4 of those the hospital haven’t even counted on my notes, they said it was a 2 hour labour (but it’s because I was ignored and told I wasnt as dilated as I was 🙄). I pushed for 7 mins. They accidentally broke my waters while inserting the dilapan rods for my induction at 19:50. My first contraction was at 20:00 and I gave birth 3:36 the following morning. Xx

I was in labour a couple hours, 15 mins of pushing.

i pushed for about an hour. before that i was in labor for a little over 24 hours, the last 10 hours or so were active labor

early labor felt like bad period cramps. active labor was hard as hell, but i wouldn’t call it excruciating. i was able to manage contractions very well just through breathing. it’s okay to be nervous just remember that your body know what to do!!

No, when labor started (so when contractions started)

It’s interesting to hear your stories. Thank you for sharing :)❤️

No, I was in labor for 20 hours.. 10 early, 10 active and the last 30 min of active was pushing

In labor for 56 hours and pushed for 15

In labor for 42 hours, pushed for 30 minutes.

Contractions started at 8pm, active labour by 11.30pm, pushed for just short of an hour and baby was born at 5.47am. I'd say the last hour of active labour was painful but I had no pain relief
