@Chloe Parker I don’t how to tell my partner and my midwife and GP keeps scaring about getting pregnant too quick since having a c-section I’m not sure if I should keep it.

Only you can make the decision of continuing your pregnancy. Your partner should know though, and it might help to talk it through together. It is early to be pregnant after a c/section but it happens.
I would join the c-section group here. There’s many women who have had c-sections closer in age gaps and have been safe in pregnancy and at delivery. By the time you did give birth again I would have been at least over a year since you gave birth. It would probably depend on your individual circumstances or preference if you can have A VBAC or go for another section. But it’s possible so don’t panic too much.
