Tampons
I’m 2 weeks post c section and my bleeding is pretty heavy at the moment, just wondering when I can use tampons. Everywhere I look says 4-6 weeks but I absolutely hate the feel of pads and really want to start using tampons asap. Any advice on this?

Puma do some very comfy period underwear which helped me through it, also hate the feeling of pads but the underwear are very comfy and just go in the wash xx

I referred to this as mummies nappy stage 😂 hated it!!!! Hang tight you'll soon feel more comfortable i promise xx
Instead of pads could you maybe try the disposable underwear?x
