Do I need to schedule an appointment?

I have a couple concerns. I did talk to a nurse about them yesterday, but I'm still slightly concerned. For reference, I'm 3 weeks pp after an emergency c-section. First baby. 1. I had very little pain around my incision aside from 3 painful blisters off to the side that are believed to have been caused by an allergic reaction to the adhesive. 3 days ago I started having very intense pain around my incision, mainly on the right side (the same side where the blisters were but they've been healed for a week or so). The pain is sharp and sometimes will also be achy. A warm bath (ok-ed by my OB), pain meds, and ice packs don't seem to do much to help. Many times, the pain has been so bad that I've almost started crying and can't stand up straight. I haven't done anything to exercise more than going on walks for about a mile at least every other day (haven't been able to since the pain got worse). My incision doesn't look at all infected. There's some very slight redness around the area that hurts, but that's it. 2. My bleeding from my vagina has seemed to stop. Now it's a more yellowish discharge that has a bad smell. I also have felt very itchy around my vagina the last few days. I'm on UTI medication, but that's not improving the itchiness or smell, only helped to slightly decrease the painful urination. 3. My lower abdomen is still pretty much completely numb. I'm honestly not sure how long the numbness should last.
