I was given the pico, didn’t have to ask for it or anything but because im a big gal it makes the most sense because of any moisture etc. its weird with the tube/wire thing but it has a little clip on the battery pack to attach to your waistband and worked a treat! Before you know it you forget it’s there until its a silent room and it suddenly kicks in for all of 2 seconds 🤣
When are you normally given this? Should I mention it before the section starts so they know for after incase they forget to offer?
Speak to your obstetritian or midwife as soon as you can to hopefully ensure you can have it

Yes they do - I had one with my second pregnancy but not my first. I didn’t notice a difference in recovery to be honest but I’m sure you can request one. X
