Mine took 6 weeks to go down completely

Mine took aaaages! But it did keep reducing. It was tender for a really long time too.

Everyone is different Some people can take 1-2 years to bounce back to their original shape Don’t stress xox

I’m not sure if you have been wearing one but I have been wearing a belly binder immediately after C-section they put it on me and almost 3 weeks later my belly is halfway down, definitely went down quicker then the first time around, I still looked 7-8months pregnant for months and I was not wearing the binder all the time

@Karly I feel like this is gunna be Me having 2 back to back c sections basically. now I'm 4 months pp and I swear sometime I still look pregnant its more stressful with the lack of understanding people have how bodys don't just bounce back straight away and people then get judgey wish I could just bounce back 🤣 x

Omg I had 2 back to back c sections too! My kids are 12 months apart! Yeah I’m definitely not back to my normal body I’m 3 months pp rn! But honestly my shape doesn’t even bother me 🤣 I could care less LMAO I’m more concerned about getting a good nights sleep

@Karly I'd love a good night's sleep over going back to my shape lol I'll even take just 1 night lol 😆 I dpnt care what I look like the majority of the time it's only when people go oh you still look pregnant oh you should just work on it it will go quicker do some exercise 🙄 I bounced back in a week it's not that hard you oviously ent trying .... it's not that I get annoyed at my body I get annoyed at the comments then get annoyed at myself for getting annoyed when I know I can't do any more than I'm doing life's hard with 2 littles I cant just get up and go gym lol 🤣

Wow!!!! I can’t believe people have the audacity to fuckkng say that to you!! Ur 4 months pp not 4 years. Plus the shape of ur body ain’t their business. How RUDE! I wish everyone was more gentle with themselves and others.

@Karly honestly blows my mind too my partner always reassures me tells me don't worry what others think my body is none else's to worry about even if I didn't lose the weight or didn't want to it's none of there business I quite like my pp body and very proud of my body after being told I can't have children then had 2 back to back 😊
