@Mallory the milk is coming it's like a creamy colour now so I'm guessing as soon as it's proper milk he will then go longer. He jus doesn't like to be put down xx
Cluster feeding is very normal. Supply and demand. Baby cluster feeds to up your supply for them growing. It's the reason I stopped. 💙
my little one was feeding like that for the first 3 days, just constantly on my boobs! she would fall asleep, as soon as she was laid down, within 10 minutes she was crying and wanting more food. my partner was giving her syringes of colostrum in between so i could try and get some sleep but she was still desperate for more. luckily it died down after the first 3 days. dreading the next cluster feeding patch but for now she's 10 days and sleeps for 4 hour stretches. my boobs are very thankful 🙌🏻😂
@Stacie this gives me so much hope thank you so much xx
Does he fall asleep at the boob? If so, tickle his feet, strip him down to just a vest for feeds and basically do anything to stop him falling asleep therefore he’ll drink for longer and then go longer between feeds. He needs to get the fatty hindmilk rather than the watery foremilk. I wish I knew this with my first so hope this helps ❤️
