I’ve been recommend the frida mom disposable underwear from people who have had a section and those with a natural birth as you bleed after both
I’ve read that you can use spritz for bits with a c section - I feel like it wouldn’t do any harm!
Spritz for bits is pointless following c section. Its purpose is to sooth the perineal trauma after a vaginal delivery. Nothing should be used on the C-section scar unless prescribed by a dr Useful things post C-section: -Big knickers (I don’t see the point of disposables. They’re far too much effort and the Asda high waisted ones we much much softer) - peppermint tea/cordial/ sweets to help with trapped wind -your own pillow (helps you get comfy in hospital but also makes the journey home a bit comfier with speed bumps/potholes/ general state of the British roads 🙈)
You don't need any spirits for bits for a section. For a section you'll need to stock up on paracetamol and ibuprophen. They tell you not to get your scar wet so I found it sometimes easier to get a small cloth to wash myself. Think abiut your trousers ir underwear so you don't have a seem on the scar.
