Scar help
What's the best creams to use on cesarean scar? I've been given a barrier cream to help the soreness around the area but it doesn't seem to be working.

I used The Expert Midwife’s sprits for bits! I’d bought it in preparation but obviously didn’t need it for down below in the end and was told I could use it on my scar, I’d say it worked well at soothing it ☺️
