@Chloe just feel like it’s never going to happen! I was induced last time so never got them natural contractions come on. Makes me feel abit better hearing other people’s stories about being late as everyone I know seem to be early x
@Jasmine oh yeah that’s understandable!! It’s the weirdest feeling. Like you know it’ll happen at some point, but also it feels like it’s never going to happen and you’ll be the first person to be pregnant forever 🤣 Hopefully you’ll start feeling somethings moving along soon! I went over with both of mine but only by a couple of days. 1st i spent the day just chilling, doin what i wanted, laughing and messing about, a proper happy day lol the contractions started at half 10 at night & active labour started at 3am baby arrived by 5:25am. 2nd baby we had just moved house 4 days earlier and my eldest came into me 1 morning at half 4, snuggled me and said, "i really love you mommy" and with that my contractions started active labour started at 5am and baby arrive by 6:10am Best of luck x
I went into labour when I was 6 days past my due date. I started getting contractions quite suddenly in the evening which got progressively more intense over 2 days and then I was in active labour for the last 1 day! I didn’t have any other signs until the contractions started. The last stretch can be rubbish. Look after yourself and try to relax (easier said than done I know!!)
