Watery discharge

Has anyone got any experience with leaking waters? I’m almost sure it’s not like almost convinced 😂 but ever since I’ve woken up this morning every time I move (stand up etc) something leaks out, I’ve had a look and seems like really watery discharge, almost but not quite clear can just about see it on my underwear, I’d be way to mortified to go up triage and them tell me it’s discharge as I know watery discharge is common so can anyone tell me what it was like for them😂 thanks x
