Diarreah
I’m just over 36 weeks. Anyone else experiencing diarreah every morning lately ? And does it mean labour is near or not really ?

@Briony labour can be so weird.
So weird!!! I was 38 weeks. So didn’t expect it really and it was very long and enduring.
Can be hormones changing as you prepare for birth but it may not be imminent x
They say diarrhoea can be a sign of your body preparing for labour aka cleaning your body out. I’ve had it on and off with cramps but no sign yet. 🫠

Can be, but you might also have just an upset tum. Deffo worth speaking to your midwifery team about it. Especially if you have other symptoms. I had acne, lost my mucus plug and then went into Labour the following day.
