Trying to go into labor tonight !!!

1cm dilated and having contractions every 10-15 mins any suggestions??? 38 w+3d

Try to relax, have something to eat, take a shower, listen to music! Stretching!

Get oxytocin flowing, laugh & love. Move on a birth ball or do lunges/squats. But save energy it is a marathon not a sprint

My friend suggested a hot bath or try sexy time she did both and it helped her progress. May not work for everyone but may be worth a try
