Trying everything!!

I don't want to be induced( it's scheduled for Sunday, and it's bc my crazy birth history and baby being big), so I'm trying everything to kick start labor. If you ladies can send some good labor vibes my way, I'd appreciate it!

I'm right there with you. I'm scheduled the following Sunday (13th). The induction with my daughter was traumatizing and I'm hoping to avoid it. But I just had my 38 week appointment and there's absolutely nothing going on down there. I was so disappointed. I thought with this being my second it would be easier, but it looks like my body has zero intentions on going naturally. Sending you all the vibes 🙏

Oh no I'm sorry to hear that!! Ive heard so many terrible stories about induction. This is my 3rd and I've always had labor start naturally so really hoping i can get it moving. Sending you labor vibes too!

@Drew oh man that's so frustrating because you know your body knows what to do 😫 I hope it gets rolling this weekend for you 🤞 hang in there mama

same situation 😭😭😭

Just remember you can deny the induction - that is your right. I would express your concerns to your ob and request to reschedule it for a few days later at minimum to give your body time. Also oxytocin is the main hormone responsible for labor so make sure you are relaxing!

Curb walking, dates, do a huge chore like organize the garage or something haha, bounce around on the yoga ball, go on a walk, warm bath, pump. I'm not sure I gave up a long time ago lol I have a scheduled c section on Tuesday because he's breech

Miles circuit, yoga ball hip movements (hula hooping, rock back and forth, seated cat cows, no bouncing), dates, pineapples.

@Christina it's for both mine and baby's safety at this point or i would refuse.

I’m supposed to be induced on the 15 so I get it, really need her to get out naturally 😭
