Infacol! Cannot recommend enough! Given before every feed for a few days and it helps ease it all! I also had my baby lie flat to do some very gentle messages - Very gentle! Bicycle legs I think is too harsh, causes more pain/crying. Cleared it up for my little one in a few days, saw a change after a couple of feeds. Hang in there, it does pass!

Infacol is soooo helpful and when they are a month gripe water. Pace feeding (if using a bottle) so burping after every 20ml to slow them down, holding bottle horizontally so they don’t drink too fast, dr browns anti colic bottles are SO helpful. With our first every bottle made her fussy except these, the vacuum sucks Out all the extra air, and if they seem fussy still holding upright and trying to stretch out. Good luck, it’s so tough!! Xx

@Kate I forgot to mention pace feeding! 🙈 Still pace feed now it's cleared, helps burping (he fights being winded so much when colicky!) And less spit ups!

We use dentinox instead of Infacol , infacol caused constipation for my boy and the dentinox has been a god send we pop it in his night feeds and pace feed x
