Baby acne
What did everyone do to combat baby acne or red spots on baby. Is there anything specific I can use for his skin to get rid or reduce baby acne

Second breast milk! Also mustela no rinse cleanser if you can get a hold of it xx

I'm just leaving it alone. It'll resolve in time and is harmless and not irritating for baby so I don't really see the need to interfere and potentially make it worse.
