My whole belly is tight and everytime my baby moves it hurts

Im 37 now and this has been happening to me for weeks. I was told it’s just a combination of Braxton hicks and baby getting into position 🥺

I’m so sorry. Do you have a birthing ball? Doing hip circles on the ball and warm showers help me a lot when baby get in weird positions
