Mums with toddlers…
How are we all doing? 😬
My partner went out for a couple of hours today and it was my first time home with my 2 year old and 2 week old… oh my god 😳
My 2 year old had a melt down for an hour and there wasn’t anything I could do to help. Everything I was doing was making it worse. Tried to put the baby down so I could try and calm my toddler down but he was crying so had to keep picking him up and calm him down and then put him back in the Moses basket. It was a total mess.
My partner goes back to work on Monday.. terrified!

I am in the same boat . I have a 2 year old with fever and a 1 month old . Last night was really bad , both of two were crying in the same time 🥴
We are in the thick of it too. I think I've cried every day from either stress, tiredness or feeling guilty
I’m the same. My partner goes back on nights from Saturday and we’ve been on our own once. My 3 year old wet himself at the same time the baby was sick. It’s chaos. I have no idea how I’ll manage bath. And bedtime 😭😂

This sounds exactly like my day today. I'm sorry you've had similar but also I'm glad it isn't just me!! There was a point where the baby had been sick on me, my 3 yr old had a toilet accident, everyone was crying 😅 Felt like the worst mum which wasn't helped that my toddler was just screaming for her daddy (who was out at work!!). Hopefully things will calm down 🙈
