Painful induction

Never felt so much pain from this induction, the midwife has tried breaking my waters which has been unsuccessful so now I'm having a balloon cafeteria inserted 😩I don't think baby will arrive today but who knows

I’m so sorry! Hope it gets better for you and bub

Is there a medical need to continue with induction? What happens if you do nothing and just wait instead? Ask these questions if you haven’t already or don’t know the answers - especially if you’re in pain xx

🙏

@Becca I'm only being induced because baby is bigger and there is lots of fluid and my gestational diabetes and also my epilepsy the doctor put the balloon catheter in at 3:30 it has to stay in for 12-24 hours but I am having horrendous pains in my back and stomach xx

@Linda I hope it gets better for you and you find good pain relief 🙏 xx

@Linda hopefully a sign that something is to happening 😆 sorry to hear you’re in pain, but your baby could be here by tomorrow night 🥹🥹🥹 how exciting. Best of luck to you xx
