Around 9 or 10 weeks afterwards Aslong as you wait 6 weeks it's safe for me it was still super uncomfortable though
I healed fast so did before 6weeks but definitely recommend waiting the after 6 weeks
I also healed quick & did it @ 4 weeks pp
