False labor
I thought I was going into labor last night/this AM but my contractions stopped this morning 😩

I was having contractions 20 mins apart around 12pm and then felt absolutely nothing until 3am when my water broke and my son was born at 5:02 am so who knows 🤔
I keep getting false contractions too...which totally throw me off because I didn't have anything like this with my son! I'm so ready for real labor (mostly to get it over with 😅)
How frequent and intense were your contractions?? I am experiencing something similar but now after a couple hours, they seem to be dying down rather than getting more intense
@Favi omg that’s so scary that they can happen!! Let alone only 2 hours later your baby came! I’m worried that’s going to happen to me. My contractions keep stopping and starting

It could be early labor! Our bodies can do this on and off for a while as it’s getting ready for *real* labor. I know it’s frustrating but it means things are ramping up :)
