Engaging

I’ve been engaged since 35 weeks.. I’m 38 weeks now 😅

Is this your first or second baby? First babies tend to engage weeks or months before labour. Subsequent babies tend to engaged much closer to labour or even during early labour. This is my second baby and my bump dropped a week ago (lightening that usually means engagement) I have had no signs of labour. So many things like engagement or loosing mucus plug or even waters going are generally signs labour could be near and aside from waters it could be hours,days,weeks, or months. So yes and no hopefully it is a good sign! 🥰

Unfortunately they can pop in and out of being engaged and there's no knowing how long it will be until they make an appearance!
