Any advice after recurrent miscarriage

I’ve had two miscarriages now since June one at 9 weeks and one at 5 weeks in September. I just don’t know where to go from here. What do I do? When I contact the doctors they are saying I have to wait for 3 miscarriages in order to get checked out. But I really want to know what to do next before another miscarriage happens? I take my prenatal vitamins with extra vitamin D and iron, I exercise regularly, I eat healthy. My husband and I have both checked ourselves privately before the miscarriage and all is fine with us. I JUST DON’T GET IT!!!!! I can’t keep going through miscarriages again I’m tired and exhausted we have been doing this journey for 18 months and we still haven’t got a baby in our arms. We are trying for our first baby. Any advice and positive stories will be soo helpful right now!

Feel free to pop me a message. I've suffered two MC. I'm on my 3rd pregnancy and have reached 12 weeks. X

I’m so sorry for your loss, I had 6 miscarriages before having my little girl this year. Your GP is incorrect and following outdated guidance, following the pregnancy loss review that was published last year the ‘3 miscarriage’ rule was removed. I would call your GP and tell them to refer to recommendation 43 of the pregnancy loss review and offer you the appropriate testing and support x

I would ask your doctor about getting progesterone next pregnancy. I had 4 back to back miscarriages. Both me and my husband were checked out and they couldn't figure out what was going on. As soon as I got my next positive test I started taking progesterone and it made a huge difference. I'm now 17 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby.

Not much help but just wanted to say I know how you feel. 3 losses here and I can’t figure out why- we do everything right (healthy diet, all the supplements for both of us, I seed cycle, track opks and bbt) . My last loss was in August and the doctor INCORRECTLY told me I don’t qualify for the miscarriage remains to be sent for testing when I did so I’m absolutely gutted about that - it would’ve been good to find out if there was a reason!

Three miscarriages in a row … I get how you feel. I was in the same position after my second miscarriage. To be honest, from my testing so far and the wait times here in the UK I ended up going private. We used a company called fertylisis and have some answers we are working on in the hope to get a sticky baby! Fight for what you feel! I went back to my GP and said I felt my hormones were out of whack and then they tested them under that pretence xx
